House Rules :

- Check IN : 2 PM | Early check in will be based on availbility.

- Smoke 'em if you got 'em, but not inside. Head outdoors to our designated chill zones (Balconies) for your nicotine fix.

- Our cleaning crew is on hand from 10 AM to 1 PM, but they also deserve a break. If you're MIA, please leave the keys in the locker. And hey, if you're feeling extra lazy (we get it), skip a day and let us know.

-Sundays are for Sundays. Our staff deserves a day off to recharge, so we don't offer cleaning on Sundays.

- Your stuff is your responsibility. Keep an eye on your belongings.

- Save the planet (and money). Turn off lights, fans, ACs, and appliances when you're not using them. Mother Nature will thank you.

- We'll swap out your linens and towels every 3rd day. Just enough time to get cozy.

- Be a morning person (or pretend to be). Check out by 11 AM so we can prep the place for the next lucky guests.

- Key keeper. Don't lose your flat key. If you're feeling adventurous, use the lockbox. We don't want you locked out in your swimsuit.

- Bonus Rule: We're in paradise, so expect the unexpected. Internet and power outages happen. It's part of the adventure!

Cancellation Policy

• 0-12 Days is Non Refundable

• Long Weekends and Super Peak dates such as 22 nd December to 2 nd Jan are Non Refundable Non Amendable.

• No Amendments after check in, Bookings cannot be cancelled or refunded.

• Failure to arrive at the accommodation will be treated as No show & no refund will be given.

• No Refund will be given in a case of Act of God, etc.
